Dear God, Saint Balbina (d.c.130) was regarded as an example of Your grace manifested here in this world. In the guidebooks given to pilgrims at the Roman catacombs, his tomb was listed as a place to pray for the gift of grace. I, too, ask her to intercede for me, that I may grow spiritually and be filled with God’s grace. Holy Spirit, inspire more prayer time in me, so that I may avail myself of this special help from You. Overshadow me with Your power, so that I may resist sin, experience Your love, and become a better steward of Your manifold grace for all those around me. Saint Balbina, pray for me. Amen.
