Dear Father, You have given all the saints in Heaven eternal happiness and they now live in the fullness of Your glory. Because of their holy love for You, they also care about me and my family, my friends, my church, and my neighbors. Thank You for the gift of their friendship and the witness of their holy lives. I ask our patron saints and every saint who has become especially dear to me to intercede for us. I ask them to help us journey safely on the narrow path that leads to Heaven. O Lord, give us their protection. Grant us their assistance in overcoming temptation and gaining the fullness of life with You. Amen.

Blessed Redeemer, Saint Wolfgang was a monk and a bishop who had the gifts of teaching and healing. He evangelized the pagan empire of his country’s enemy in order to reduce the threat of attack. Legend says that he forced Satan to help him build a church. I ask Saint Wolfgang to pray for our celebration of All Hallow’s Eve, that it be converted from a glorification of the occult into a preparation for honoring the saints. Help us to build up the Communion of Saints. Teach us to evangelize those who are fascinated with fear, evil, and death. Dear Jesus, fill them with Your love, Your grace, and Your holiness. Saint Wolfgang, pray for us. Amen.
Beloved Jesus, Saint Alphonsus Rodriguez was a devout Christian who had to rethink his belief in You when his business went bad and then his wife and daughter died. Rather than giving up on You and losing faith, he prayed, did penance for his sins, and received the Sacraments more often. Doing this, he began to find new direction for his life. I ask him to pray for me when I am in sorrow and for all those I know who are suffering the loss of loved ones or job security. O God, help us to grow in trusting You. Do not let us languish in despair, but teach us to place our hope in You for all our needs. Saint Alphonsus, pray for us. Amen.
God of Justice, Saint Narcissus was falsely accused of a terrible crime by three of his enemies. He was saved from an unjust punishment because he had a reputation for holiness and no one believed the lies. I ask him to pray for me whenever I am slandered or verbally attacked. Help me, O Lord, to rely on You whenever falsehoods are raised against me. Put untrue reports into the hands of people who know me and inspire them to come to my defense. Teach me to humbly avoid arguing or retaliating against my accusers. Jesus, I trust in You, for truly You are my greatest defender. Saint Narcissus, pray for me. Amen.
Dear Savior, Saints Simon and Jude were both Apostles. Saint Simon was zealous about preaching the Good News. His partner, Saint Jude, was known for exorcising pagan idols, which crumbled as the demons fled. Saint Jude is the patron saint of desperate situations and lost causes, and I ask them both to pray against the demons who are working to influence me or any members of my family, my church, or my friends. Remind us, O Lord, that no one is a lost cause and that You can turn even the most terrible situation into good. Help us to find protection in Your love as we reject Satan by purifying our souls and leading holy lives. Saints Simon and Jude, pray for us. Amen.
