God is The Father of Love. I admit that I don’t fully understand what this means. I lift up to Your Perfect Heart my openness to receive Your love more fully and my willingness to give out this love—to You and to others—more freely. I want to love no matter how illogical it seems, no matter how difficult it gets, and no matter how poor the results might be. Teach me to love everyone unconditionally. When I say no to love because I’m afraid I’ll be hurt, rejected, or taken advantage of, help me to become bold in loving each person, knowing that love is not love unless it is reaching out. I want to love as You do. Amen.
